Porky Lights 'Meatzza'

Method

If you are on a diet or fancy something just a little bit left field, here’s our delicious twist on the traditional and much loved pizza – a Porky Lights 'Meatzza'. It’s a pizza but not as you know it. Because the base is made from our Pork Lights light sausage meat. Here’s how to make light work of a warming and satisfying meal…

STEP 1
Simply remove the Porky Lights from their skins and mould to form the pizza base.

STEP 2
Smother with tomato passata, light mozzarella and top with your favourite veggies.

STEP 3
Slam into a pre-heated oven for 20-25 minutes.

That’s all there is to it. A quick, light and tasty alternative to the traditional carb heavy pizza.

Here’s the low down. Porky Lights are low in fat, low in calories, low in sugar and low in salt. But reassuringly, they’re deliciously big on that much loved Porky taste. The numbers are seriously impressive - just 3% fat and only 78 calories per sausage. Gluten-free too! They are made with prime cuts of pork shoulder, bursting with flavour and deliciously satisfying.

And conclusive proof that diets don’t have to be dull.
