A tasty weekday comfort dish the whole family will love created by @kayes_foodieworld! 444 Calories - 39.7g Protein Slightly over 2 syns + HexA (add syns for which ever sausages you use)
1. Brown the sausage in a frying pan with the diced bacon, slice the sausages into small pieces and set to one side
2. Add the flora to the pan and fry the onions and leeks until soft
3. Add the garlic, herbs and a pinch of S&P
4. Pour in the stock and simmer until slightly reduced, then stir through the soft cheese
5. Return the sausages and bacon to the pan, stir till combined and then transfer to an oven proof dish
6. Top with the slices of potatoes and scatter over the red cheese
7. Loosely cover with foil and bake in the oven for 40 mins on 190, remove the foil for the last 10 minutes

6x Lean Bacon Rashers, diced
25g Lighter butter
1x Medium Onion, diced
2x Large Leeks, sliced
1x tsp Garlic Puree
200mls Chicken Stock
1x tsp Tarragon
1x tsp Oregano
1/4 tsp Black Pepper
75g Reduced Fat Soft Cheese
40g Red Leicester Cheese, grated
525g Potatoes, thinly sliced
