This one pan meal screams summer. It features lovely fresh seasonal veg, pesto and Porky Whites Surrey Sausages, but you could use any from the Porky Whites range.
Season then add the pesto and stock. Simmer for 10 minutes with a lid on.
Add the green veg, give everything a stir and cook for 10 minutes more.
Finish with the fresh basil.

2 leeks sliced
500g new potatoes halved
3 tbsp pesto
300ml chicken stock
600g green veg of your choice - I used broccoli, courgettes and peas, but green beans, sugar snaps or broad beans would also work
